GreenPan Rio Double Griddle | Black

Best Griddle did not expect to love or use this as frequently as we already have. I originally thought we would use it for the occasional weekend breakfast, but we have also used it for stir fry & fajita dinners. We actually had some friends over who offered to make dinner and they gave since ordered their own!

So far have just made pancakes on our new Rio grill but they turned out great and the griddle was very easy to clean.

I the bigger I have concern regarding zise but after I use for first time I understand is larger size and I have a lot of options using

Used this griddle for the first time this weekend on my camper stove. The pan fit over the double burners perfectly and this was the best French toast. I have made without sticking, and scraping. The pan literally wiped clean with a paper towel, which is a plus if you're camping with limited water!

Beautiful design, easy to clean! Great for multiple uses such as frying bacon on the stovetop or baking veggies in the oven.

I have been wanting to try a griddle for a while and finally decided to purchase. I absolutely love it! I was concerned about the uneven heating on my gas range but it hasn't been a problem. Even my teenage son uses it.

I love the size. Fits just right over two burners. But the handles DO get hot, so use caution. They are NOT stay cool handles! I have done pancakes, burgers, and stir fry. I am happy with the griddle.

I started out loving this pan and now it is just a frustrating experience. Everything is sticking to it. I only use oil and butter as recommended. I only use mild dish soap and water to wash. It's ruining my pancakes, eggs, everything I cook sticks to it now. It's so annoying, I don't understand what the problem is. I also tried the melamine sponge which did nothing. Am seeking out another pan at this point. For longevity and consistency in cooking this does not compare to my old iron skillet.
