GreenPan Valencia Pro Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 2pc Fry Pan Set

Its a pleasure to cook with these pans. The small one is great for an egg. I am surprised how well they can create a nice brown or crusty surface. That is not something I thought a non-stick pan could do. But I have crisped up home fries, cooked falafel patties, and many other things and have been happy with the results

The pans are very high quality. The ceramic surface is super non-stick, and easy to clean. Everything comes off with just a soft sponge and some dish soap. I expect these to last a long time and provide a much healthier alternative to traditional toxic alternatives.

I love these pans. They are easy to use; nothing sticks to them and they are easy to clean. We first encountered Green Pan when we went into a store looking for a flat pan and the Green Pan was the only flat pan in the store so we bought it. My husband does not usually rate anything to the max but he absolutely those these pans; we both do. These will be the only pans we buy from now on.

Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick Frypan gets 5 stars and more. I purchased it because I want a safe pan for my family. I do not want toxic chemicals. I love that the handle does not get hot. It is great for all foods, I have two pans this size and a two larger pans. Easy to clean.

I've tried many brands, and this is definitely the most solid high quality frypan I've bought. I've had it one month, but during that time I must say I am happy to use it!

The efficiency and ease is incredible. Using lower temperatures seems to be the key to having a great experience. Also, super easy to wash. Overall a great experience!

I purchased this pan set hoping to upgrade my cookware and it turned out to be way more than an upgrade. It's changed how I operate in the kitchen. I also feel much better about the durability of the ceramic coating over my previous pan set (which has been recycled)!

This is my third Greenpan Ceramic frying pan. The Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 8" Frypan is a great little pan! I've found that it's perfect for eggs for one in the morning or for cooking one or two pieces of salmon. Following the directions to let it heat up, and adding a very small amount of oil or butter ensures that nothing will stick! In fact, I found that adding a little oil and then wiping it with paper towel is all that is necessary. Cleanup is super easy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased these pans and am very pleased with them so far. I spent all weekend cooking with them, everything from eggs to seating chicken thighs, and these pans performed very well. They heated quickly and evenly, and just like many of the reviews said, you can actually use a lower heat setting. I was cooking everything on a 3 setting on my electric stove and getting a nice sear on my chicken. The pans are heavier than the set I was replacing and feel like they will last a long time.

Love these non stick pans. Good quality. I wanted non-stick but worried about toxicity, did a little research and these were what I was looking for. I use all the time. The only thing is, for the price the lids should have been included. Otherwise they're great.
