GreenPan Venice Pro Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 10" Open Fry Pan

We recently remodeled our kitchen, and found out that our old saute pan that was 'induction ready' wasn't. Really like our Green Pan Valencia cookware, so decided to buy this saute pan as a replacement. The pan is great. I like the looks of this one over the Valencia pans that we purchased previously. It's as non-stick as you'd expect it to be. Looking forward to making many great meals in it.

I LOVE this pan. I don't have long-term experience, but the style, depth, non-tox non-stick surface, and heat conduction are on point! I'm very happy with this pan so far.

Nice action. This pan is great for anything that needs a good shaking. The second handle gets a little hot but that is going to happen no matter what. Sleek quality.

I bought a set of Venice Pro and it came with a 3 or 3.5 qt sauté pan and I enjoy it very much BUT this 5 qt allows you to do so much more…..spaghetti sauce, stir frys and more. I love it!

I used it first time to fry some onions. I took company's advice, put a little oil and cooked at low speed. Result was great and very easy to clean up.

The quality is outstanding both in feel and appearance. The large size is exactly what I was looking for several of my one pot recipes.

Cooks well and I really enjoy cooking with it. Food doesn't stick and cooking is very even unlike other well known fry pans.

This pan has exceeded my expectations on every level! There are so many ceramic pans available out there, but I absolutely loved this particular pan for its size and the way it’s crafted. I’ve made flawless, omelettes, eggs, over easy, and turkey burgers in this thing, and it looks brand new! I use it exactly as recommended: Heat up slowly, use a little oil, and cook slowly. Then I just wash it out with warm water, soap and a soft sponge. It’s magnificent! I hope to purchase a few more as they will be replacing some of my other pans that are a little too heavy for me at this point in my life.

This was an expensive experiment for me-I’ve never spent this much on a pan-any pan-and wasn’t sure about the coating. But I researched and went for it. It’s my favorite pan now. Nobody gets mad at me for making a mess that can’t be cleaned. Miraculous!

The nonstick works great, but already have a chip in the surface after only using it 3 times and I used wooden spoons
