Too soon to say the benefits it has but it is big enough to give 3 children for the month so that is good. The taste needs adjusting but otherwise it is not bad in another drink. It comes in a glass bottle, so that shows they take the supplements seriously. Great for kids of all ages from what I can tell.

It's hard to find vitamin product that both adult and kids can use. This product is awesome that everyone, 1 year old and up, can use. No need to buy three separate vitamin products for kids, teens and adult. It is much easier to take and I feel it has a better absorption than the pill or capsule as the body doesn't need to work as hard to break down the liquid. It has a slight vitamin smell to the liquid, but believe it or not, it taste better than it smells. I love that it is formulated with premium blend of fruits and vegetables and there is no sugar added. Some of my kids are very picky eaters and it gives me peace of mind that taking this multivitamin will ensure that they are provided with all the necessary nutrients they need.

After a long time, i have had my kids taste a multivitamin syrup as they were used to having only gummy vitamins. This tastes good and doesn't really leave any bad aftertaste according to my kids. They look forward to having it and I feel happy that they are getting complete nutrients for their body.

Feedback for this is that it is on a bit of the sour side but if your kids are into that your good! If their into more sweeter syrups then they might struggle with this a bit. Definitely an acquired taste to get used too but it can happen. I don't suggest mixing it with anything to get them to drink it, it's a bit too strong for that.

So I love that this has the daily vitamins in an easy to take form, especially for those who can not take chewable or swallowable pills. However, my daughter and myself both did not like the taste. It's very "vitaminy" with a strong tart citrus taste. I know it's extremely hard to mask the taste of vitamins, but it was very strong here and the taste lingers. She really does not like citrus tasting products, and this tasted similar to Zicam. She would have liked it much better it it had a strong berry taste instead.

Being vegan takes a lot of work (if you're new) and consists of having a vast palate. It's important to make sure your body has all the necessary vitamins and minerals it needs no matter what kind of lifestyle you choose to lead. That being said we have tried all types of vegan vitamins and this one does not taste good. On the upside, It's liquid which is great cause you can get it down fast. I was hoping it would taste more like berries like the picture on front would lead you to believe but it doesn't. It tastes a little more like iron than anything.
