It works!
I have been taking this supplement daily for almost a year now and it's helped tremendously with my hot flashes. My doctor recommended this because it's natural and effective. I was suffering with bad hot flashes, mood swings and couldn't sleep well. For me, taking this supplement, avoiding caffeine, eating a well balanced diet and getting adequate exercise has helped with my perimenopause symptoms.
