I love the chance to digest vegetable and superfoods without eating the vegetables and superfoods. Very convenient and tasty. I like to mix mine with another hydration powder in cold water and drink it throughout the morning.

I have IBS and, unfortunately, my list of tolerable vegetables is getting shorter. I was concerned about my nutrition so decided to try this product. I am so happy I tolerate it without any ill effects! It has a nice berry flavor and a nice "green" taste; it does not taste like I'm eating the lawn. this has everything i need to acommodate my fruit/vegetable vegan diet nutrition. but they add alfalfa to this which forced me to quit drinking it.

I could not drink this there fore i saw no benefits. I mixed it with a shaker however it doesn't dissolve and tastes like grass.
