I Like It
Item arrived well packaged and within shipment window. I am using this to help improve magnesium levels as I understand that many have a magnesium deficiency and magnesium is important to healthy function of vital organs. No negative affects so far. I use less than is recommended on the label as the taste can be a very strong salty taste.

Not an effective pain reliever
I bought the Greenway Biotech Magnesium Chloride USP - 1 Pounds because I saw it advertised on FaceBook as a pain reliever of Peripheral Neuropathy. I bought a gal. of filtered water to make Magnesium oil, (1 cup water 1 cup Magnesium chloride) per instructions on the bag. At 11:30 PM, I sprayed the bottoms of my feet and rubbed it in on the tops and bottoms of both feet, dried them and put on a pair of socks. I went to bed and was awakened at 2:30 am with cramps that could not be ignored. I was back and forth to the bathroom for the next 2 hours. My conclusion is Yes, it gets absorbed better epidurally than taking a 400mg magnesium suppliment orally as a laxative but it was not an effective pain reliever.
