[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last year I have been working on getting rid of all of my gas products going electric. I have purchased an 80v 25" self propelled lawn mower, a 18" electric 60v chain saw and now a 80v weed trimmer and 730 cfm leaf blower. Quality products they are.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The grass trimmer has lots of power and a unique way of restringing. I was worried the 80 bolt would be too heavy but I can easily manage it with the bonus strap. The leaf blower has lots of power and does well at my cottage that has many trees.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are light years ahead of my old Greenworks plug-in string trimmer and leaf blower. The convenience of not being tethered to a cord (and subsequently string-trimming through that cord at least 2x/season) makes the purchase worth every penny. I also appreciate how the string trimmer is easy to refill, just make sure you read the directions first because it was NOT intuitive for me. The leaf blower has adequate power for my needs, but if you have a lot of leaves, especially heavy wet leaves, you might want to get a stronger model with a higher CFM rating. All in all, these were simple, clean, efficient tools that I expect to be in service for a number of years. I'm already eying up a lawnmower...
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) If you are used to handling gas powered trimmer and blowers you'll have no complaints with the weight of these tools. The trimmer is perfectly balanced. The blower is a little heavier in the hand, but for small properties it does the trick.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Just bought this recently and have only used it once…works great!!…like the quietness of the ubits!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Recently purchased and very happy. It has a ton of power and great battery life. I don't know why didn't buy this sooner.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been a bit leery about going electric instead of gas, but not any more. The trimmer and blower both have ample power and long battery life. In the future, I'll be buying more Greenworks products.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Was actually surprised by the power these power tools have. After watching a few review and demo vlogs on Youtube by independent reviewers I was convinced of the power and sustainability of these tools. Once I had purchased and used them I knew that what the reviewers stated was solid. I have two criticisms though. 1) a strap should not be deemed a bonus option for the trimmer given the weight of the battery [ It did come with one ]. 2) Releasing the trimmer head should not be a chore to reload the line.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good power, quick charge, string trimmer with bump feed makes it more difficult for close cut but otherwise cut well with lots of power
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall I'm not REAL excited about it. TRIMMER: First time using the trimmer, I wrapped it around a 1/2" rebar and the string disappeared, so I opened the string compartment, which is WAY different than my old Greenworks trimmer and took 15 minutes to get it working again. BLOWER: Not nearly as powerful as my electric blower, but the battery life seems to drain quickly, compared to the trimmer.. I have only had the Combo for a week, so too early to REALLY recommend or not recommend.
