Impact Drill has a big impact on my satisfaction
This is one of the best impact driver I have ever purchased. It is powerful and gets the job done. Also, it is economically designed to balance well in my hand. Nice job Greenworks, another example of great engineering at an affordable price.

Impact driver
I used a friends for some weekend projects as I had a ryobi one and only had one battery. This thing not only worked better, but it lasted longer. I was thoroughly impressed. So I got on here and bought it right away.

Won't release hex head impact driver bit
I love greenworks and loved using this drill the ONE time I was able to. Yes, I bought the proper impact driver and it put 2.5" deck fasteners in. Then it absolutely would NOT release the driver. Yes, I followed the "simple removal" instructions (neutral, pull straight, etc), and an hour later I want to throw it against a brick wall to see if BREAKING the darn thing will get it out. I used a stronger word than darn, but it rejected it. So, here I am and as long as the only thing I need to drive is a hex head screw of one size, I'm good. Otherwise, today will be a waste.
