Greenworks 40V 17-Inch Brushless String Trimmer, 8Ah Battery and Rapid Charger Included

Greenworks is the brand I trust. This pole string strimmer is great. The battery and the charger that came with it is extra special. I have a fleet of 40V Grerenworks tools, polesaws, hedgetrimmers, push mowers, chainsaws, and all the 40V batteries are interchangeable between tools. Not 80V, because 80V batteries only work with other 80V tools. MINE are all 40V tools and I love them. I'm a female, retired, in my 50's and my mother is 80 years old and bought a 40V greenworks polesaw last year and loves it. One push and it starts every time. No gasoline needed.

arrived with defective battery out of the box. looked like a good product at first but not usable if the battery doesn't work. box it arrived in like beat up line it was returned before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trimmer is nice, can't complain about anything, only needed low speed so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handles well. Good power. QUIET! Got it to add with my hedge trimmer and pole saw. Replaced a gas powered trimmer. Nice to not be pulling a starter cord and wearing ear muffs.

Bought this a year ago and it constantly shorts out during use. I don't know if it is a bad design or just a faulty product. At this point I need to buy a new trimmer as it can't be used. Bought about 2 years ago along with lawn mower and blower. Other two work fine but this product has been awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy and well balanced, long lasting, easy to reload string.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this and it is great. So happy that it also uses the same battery as my power snow shovel which is also a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and using. Best trimmer I've ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery charges fast and runs at full power until dead. I also like that the trimmer head is easy to reload. Very light and quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item for my wife to use. Besides being constructed, it is easy for her to handle and operate.
