Good quick charge out of the box - reduced size
The battery took a charge out of the box, it is less blocky and I'm hoping the capacity will last, prior Greenworks batteries have lasted only short term and depleted in their endurance with each successive charge. The blower I have seems to draw from the battery always so I pull the battery after each use and store. TBD to get that quality that these batteries should pack to align with the cost to get desired ROI

Careful getting into Greenwork ecosystem
Purchased battery with hedge trimmer 6 months ago. Have many Greenworks tools and have been happy. Trimmer is fine but battery stopped charging (charger flashes red when battery inserted.) Have spent literally hours on phone waiting for customer rep. Once I actually got thru to someone who would not discuss because I did not have trimmer and charger with me for S/N although I had battery with S/N in front of me. Have decided to switch to another company.

Arrived damage and defective when they won't allow me to return it via mail they're asking me to go to the store
