Perfect for my needs as a home owner with small to medium trees to cut down or for use after a storm. I can only speak about this for light and occasional use. I wanted a chainsaw for small trees in my lawn that nothing else can cut down as they are too big, but also so if there is a storm and tree branches fall, I have a chainsaw I can use on hand. The gas ones I think may have more power and be better for frequent use, but if they sit and you do not use them the carbonator is going to clog up. That means having to run it dry if it is going to sit and then have to fill it up again when I need it. I wanted one that could just sit in between times when I need it and don't. This has good power to cut small trees and branches. The black front guard part, you pull to you and it pops, that activates it. You also push in the side buttons and then the saw button. That is what activates, multiple steps for the safety. The 2 batteries you can take off it when not using, for extra safety if you have kids or grandkids around. The battery charger has a fan, so its a little noisy when charging the batteries, but only such you hear it in the room you are in. You won't hear the fan in another room. All in all, this was perfect for my needs. I have only used it a few times, so can't speak to how long the battery set lasts per use, or long term.

Works great for what my requirements are. Charge holds well. Read manual well saw few you tube video. As I was using chain saw first time ever. Tempted to cut dead tree on my neighbors back yard about 12 feet high 10 inch trunk. Itching but being restrained by my spouse, Freddy cougar in me wants it. 😀

Bought this when it was on sale for $10 more then the pice of the two batteries. The saw has the power of a decent gas and the battery's last a decent amount of time unless you are logging out the stock. For basically the same price as the batteries you cant go wrong with it.

I have got to say I was skeptical at first. but when I received it, it has impressed me. I have cut down around fifteen trees so far using the chainsaw and it has went through everything.No problem whatsoever, highly recommend buying one. I will get the 16in. assoon as I can. i highly recommend this chainsaws and I would also get extra batteries for longer cutting times.

Everything seemed to be in order. i haven't cut anything with it yet. Some of the packaging appeared to have been previously opened but everything seems fine.

love it last over a hour on a charge. very easy to operate I am female 56 very active. cut down serversl bushes over 6 ft tall. limbs over 10 inch in diameter.small %26 trees

It had my two perfect features. It was on sale, and it is my favorite color, lime green! I'm a woman. I buy chainsaws the same way I buy cars, the color.

I am a 82 year old widow. This saw is just right for me to keep up my yard because it is lightweight and easy for me to handle. I highly recommend it.

Bought for a gift. Charged the batteries as soon as we got the saw. As soon as he received the saw he was excited to use it. It wouldn't cut at all and it started smoking. After looking closer the chain was on backwards. Once we put the chain on the proper way, the saw works perfectly. It seems that quality control is lacking.

Use it because it's leaking the oil out of the tank and the battery is fully charged the saw on opera even though the bad light up for a minute and cut off I don't know what's wrong with it. Can you give me some instructions?
