(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This mower is great. The battery could have a bit more charger at maybe 4.0Ah because with my 80V 2.0Ah battery for this mower. But other than I need to swap out batteries with another charged 80V 2.0Ah i got with my snow shovel by the time I get to my back lawn, this mower is fantastic. Cuts effortlessly and mulches nicely. Very light weight mower to move around the yard and easy to push. Highly recommend.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought Greenworks based on friends review after 7 years still happy with Greenworks mower. Replacing gas mower that was overkill for smaller yard than previous home, wanted cordless. Expecting to buy Greenworks snowblower to replace gas snowblower.
Pleased with simplicity and intuitiveness of the setup out of the box, took maybe ten minutes. Pleased with fast battery recharging. Takes maybe 30 to 40 minutes to full charge. Pleased with the mulching performance. No grass clumps and no visible layers of cuttings on the lawn. I was able to mow front and back yards, about 1200 square feet, on one charge with two bars of charge left at the end. I am glad I bought this mower. It does the job nicely with minimal fuss on my part!
We have had the mower for a few weeks now and it was bought because we have a very very small yard and a gas mower ( gas and maintenance) we're just annoying to my girlfriend so she bought this herself and took over the 8 -16 min it takes to mow here! She enjoys it very much because she don't need any help with starting it and there's no oil to worry about. It's been one of the best ideas for our house and just makes sense where we live! She only needs one battery and can mow close to three times before charging it again. ( our yard is tiny) . I had my reservations at first but it's been a great tool for us! Definitely something I'd recommend for anyone in our situation.
Love my new electric mower! It cuts a narrower path than the previous (gas) mower, but it's so light and easy to push I get done in the same amount of time. Earth-friendly, no gas fumes. Easy on my arm, no more pull cord. Powered through some thick grass. Each battery lasted about a hour, perfect! The only problem I see is it's so light the front end comes off the ground sometimes (battery is in the back, perhaps a poor design decision). But overall I'm quite pleased.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought it today, charged the battery and cut my lawn. First impressions this light weight lawnmower does an excellent job on my lawn. Much easier to push up my hilly lawn than my gas mower. Mulch feature worked great.
This mower replaced an old Honda gas mower. I've mowed a few times with it, and here are my insights. PROS: * Quiet: Much quieter than a gas mower. Basically sounds like a box fan on high. * Lightweight and easy to push: It only weighs 35 pounds, so it's easy to push or even pick up and move when needed. * Plenty of power: I've mowed with the grass long but not overgrown, and this chewed through it easily. * Good battery life: My front and back yards are fairly small (2100 sq. ft.), and the battery still has 3/4 of its charge remaining after mowing. CONS: * Wheels are plastic: There is no rubber tread on these tires, so I worry about durability. * Handle technically folds, but it's a pain to do it: This is the one real disappointment for me. Both the upper and lower handles can be released using cam levers, but the upper connection is metal-to-metal and the lower one sits in a plastic depression that keeps it in the correct position when mowing. Moving either handle, in my opinion, risks damaging the handle or mower. * Mulching performance is acceptable but not stellar: I fully expected this and am OK with it. This mower has a single dual-purpose (bagging and mulching) blade, while my gas mower had a twin-blade system. If you're mowing really long grass, it will leave some clumps of grass on the lawn in mulching mode. Not really a huge deal, as I just used a leaf blower to break them up. All in all, I'm happy with the new mower. The pros far outweigh the cons.
I am having trouble with my lawn mower. I have been having issues on getting the battery charged from day one. My granddaughter got my battery charged My lawnmower wouldn't start. I don't know if it's mercury retrograde or if I'm not strong enough. When I get everything working I love my lawnmower.
Disappointed no paper assembly instructions. Most was simple, easy to figure out. Had difficulty knowing how to change deck height. Needed to watch UTube video. Easy to use mower. Bag a bit small. Thought may have another battery, but my error. Found trimmer bit heavy to use. Will have to use in sessions. So, biggest issue was not instruction manual, even for, if needed, trouble shooting.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have a large yard but it dies after just mowing and then I have to recharge to even start edging... but it works great
