[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband LOVES his Greenworks Lawn Mower! It was easy to assemble upon it's prompt arrival. The batteries charged quickly and the charge is longer lasting than the planned mowing planned for the day. There is a small learning curve with the Zero Turn versus the steering wheel. But it gets easier each time he uses it. Would recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mower with only 4 batteries. (It can hold 6). I have about a 0.3-acre yard to mow in town. I mowed it with 100% battery, and after mowing, it was down to 81%. I could mow my yard 5 times without recharging. This mower is solid, powerful, and it exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing riding mower! Delivered to my house. A little complicated to get the mower off the steel-framed crate that it was shipped on, but that's because it was packed and strapped so securely. The packing itself revealed what a professional, quality company Greenworks is. Once I had it in my garage, it was easy to complete the set-up: installing the seat and steering arms and charging the batteries. The mower, the parts, and the instructions were all top quality. This is obviously not a company focused on cost-cutting. I've used the mower five times in the two weeks that I've had it and am very pleased with its performance. I live in a remote rural area on 3 acres with a natural meadow of tall native grasses. It cuts faster and better by far than any of the two battery-powered push mowers I have used. I enjoy mowing so much with this machine that I've mowed the overgrown meadows of both of my neighbors. To cut tall grasses (over 2 feet tall) you simply turn the blade speed on "high" and crawl forward slowly. Doing that, you only need one pass. With the blade speed on low and moving at a walking pace, you sometimes need to to go back over the cut a second time. But since it is a riding mower, that's not a problem. I find myself looking for reasons to take it out and find something to mow :-) Probably the most amazing feature of this mower, besides the zero-turn capability, is its incredible battery capacity and motor efficiency. I bought the model with six 8-AH batteries. They last much longer than advertised. I spent two hours mowing tall grasses, about half the time on high blade speed, and didn't even use 50% of the battery. Amazing. I drove it a half mile to my neighbor's house, mowed her meadow for an hour, then drove it back home and still had 57% of the battery capacity. This is more than worth the money. I wish I had made the purchase earlier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really well. It took some getting use to but now I really enjoy using it. It cuts well and I love that it has a little bed in the back that I can put a pair of gloves to help with clearing any debris in my way. I also like using the bed for moving some heavier objects. Would recommend this mower to anyone.
I did have missing items, the dual charger's were missing to charge the batteries.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good! The mower is functioning as advertised.
What's not to love?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lawn mower hasn't started at all since I got it on April 10th 2026 and have yet to get it fixed or a solution resolved to get it fixed
I really wanted this purchase to work but it did not. First, I received the mower but there was no manual or keys included. I contacted Walmart and was told that the keys would be sent to me but the never arrived. I contacted Walmart again and was told that I would need to contact green works to get a key. It took about 3 to weeks the key. I really loved the mower but after the 3rd time mowing the mower would only go half speed at 4 mph. I got in touch with green works and after some back and forth they told me that based on the video I sent that the mower was working properly. It was not. Based on this poor service, I had to return the mower.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor warranty would have settled just for a part that broke almost as soon as I use it. The very first time. Wanted me to drive 100 miles to a service center when all I needed was a part on a brand new machine.
