Mower works very well. The installation %26 set up took at most 30 minutes, I like that they have a huge poster with clear and simple instructions on how to set it up. On the app, I was able to make the perimeter and also a transport lane in order to reach other patches of grass I have. The cut was great, you could adjust different heights depending on which perimeter you’re covering. It had been raining pretty hard near our house for the past couple of days, today the mower continued its routine despite not having a cover through the rain.

had a few kinks with the setup. app can be very buggy. I had to manually power it down whenever the app got buggy. sometimes it would say someone else is controlling my app and sometimes it says to rescue the mower even though it's mowing just fine. overall though it gets the job done with more than half the price of leading competitors. if you can handle the small quirks it has then this will be a very capable machine for you. it only mows in one way and can mow at night just fine.

The setup was easy and actually it was fun. I just watched it mow my backyard. I love this thing! Only weird thing is that there is an antenna in my yard, but we will get used to it.

Overall, I'm happy with the product. Pros: The adjustable height is exactly what I was looking for. The noise level is impressively low. Obstacle detection works well and is reliable. Cons: It doesn't handle slopes as well as I expected. The navigation could be improved. Occasionally, it gets stuck, and there's one specific zone where it never finishes cleaning and ends up looping indefinitely. The app is decent overall but could benefit from further refinements and usability improvements.

So far this has been a learning experience. It’s gettin better daily, just have to get through the quirks. Once you get past that it works pretty good. It’s like having another pet, which lately has been nice since my last pup passed on, it gives me something to look forward to tending too daily. All in all it’s been working pretty good. Set it and forget it…. Mostly

Some of my issues may have been cleared up by updates I have a section with a 21 degree slope, it completed about 1/2 before getting stuck. I also have a section with a 23 degree slope , it completed none. I tried both areas several times over a few days. I cut slope areas with the C20 manually with the remote control, but that defeats the purpose. I just wanted to see if the device was capable. I would not get this version if you have more than a 15 degree slope anywhere, wait on the G series. It works good on flat parts once you get it mapped. Trees were not an issue for me so not sure how RTK handles that. I only had signal issues if it was cloudy ( rain clouds). It uses a lot of power. You usually need to cut 2x a week with a robo mower, it takes about 7 hours (including recharge time)for one cut. My front is about ¼ acres. So speed will be an issue for many folks. Instructions could be better. Like ... You must set up a transport zone back to the charger immediately after you create each zone. • The good things.. • It follows the map well ( I had 4 zones). You can run one zone at a time only if you wish. • It cuts well. it also seems to get better with each cut ( except my 2 slope areas). • The no go zones ( for avoiding areas , flower beds, low spots, parts of your yard your want to avoid with mower) works well. • Customer service is responsive, but they are learning as well.

Constantly got stuck and needed rescuing. Never once successfully recharged on its own. Neither the mowers software nor the iOS mobile app are good and agree works should never have released them as is. Had the item for two weeks. Got a refurbished Luba Mini for $200 more and it’s 10x better.

Unfortunately I’m not sure they worked the kinks out before releasing this product. Basically bricked the unit by missing a single step in the setup process (attempting to run the firmware update on the mower before the RSK antenna was set up). That one error caused a cascade of issues. Tech support was very responsive and able to help me through one of them. But a separate issue came up, effectively bricking the unit. It would not finish powering on… They offered a full replacement for me but at this point I had given up. I can’t speak to how the mower would have functioned if I had gotten through the setup process. Half a day of back and forth with technicians was enough for me to do some more research and order from another company that’s been in the robot lawn mower business a bit longer.

This mower is difficult to set up and freezes for no apparent reason. Constant error messages. I spent hours and hours setting this thing up and trying to get it to work. Either I got a defective unit, or this technology is not ready for real-world conditions.

We tried to use this mower numerous times, I had to "update" the app atleast 10 times over 3-4 weeks to "get the bugs out". Each update took 15-30 minutes and it still didn't work right. It kept saying the antenna has been moved significantly when it was in the same place. I was only able to use the manual cutting mode. Sad to say, it wasn't worth the agravation. I will try again in another year, maybe with a new brand.
