[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 lawn mowers, a pressure washer, several weed wackers, a chainsaw, pole saw, 80v leaf blowers and other Greenway tools. I am impressed with all, except my chain saw. It is typical of all the electric saws. They generally run way slower, but the convenience makes good. I really like the pole saw.

Reliable and works well. Easy to adjust chain. But don't lose control of the saw at the end of a pole and let it crash to the ground because the plastic body will break off the pole.

I purchased this unit accidentally, thinking it would fit my string trimmer that accepts accessories. It was my own fault, as I did not read the description close enough. I discovered the problem when I tried to fit it on my string trimmer and its design was not even close to fitting. But the unit seemed well made and appropriate for the right situation.

Great product. Cuts well and can be handled more quickly than a manual pole saw. Only a little heavier. Battery lasts well. But be careful with it! Housing and connection parts are made of plastic and this tool breaks when bashed hard by heavy wood. I'm on my third unit. You can buy just the saw head independent of the trigger and poles.

This was a replacement for the original, which worked great until it didn't. There was nothing about repair online and had no option other than to replace the cutting head. I already had two batteries, so switching to another brand made no sense. It would be good if there was better troubleshooting or repair information available. I will say that it clears brush and trims branches very well.

While I don't use this tool very much, I like it a lot. Unfortunately, my original purchase failed completely and prematurely and no replacement parts were available. Much as I like it, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Aside from the failure, I think it would be better for my application to have a 10” bar and chain rather than the 8”.

The title is misleading, I own multiple 40v greenworks tools, I purchased this believing that since the title on the trimmer said attachment capable that this would be fine. It's not. I started a return, talked with a person, got an email from said person, this person stated that they'd look into it and be in touch. I tried a few times to talk to the same person again by calling the number in the email to no avail. I now own something that I cannot use. I since then have purchased the pole saw hoping that maybe this would work for that saw also and I'd just have two heads, but…. Nope

The chain adjustment is defective and wouldn't allow the chain to be adjustment. I have had trouble getting warranty replacement wirh previous product. I can't recommend this company.
