[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the mower, string trimmer and blower combo kit. I was surprised that they all have enough power for my large yard. The battery lasts much longer than I anticipated as well. I did have a minor issue with the blower trigger but the support team was able to sort that out quickly. I would definitely purchase this kit again!
The assembly would be intuitive to a guy, but for me, I had to youtube quite a bit, which is ok. I like that it is built with quality materials so that it will last a long time. The price was reasonalble I thought. An easy clean up by just brushing it off, (including the underside), it should last for many years. I am proud of my purchase. It is good. Oh, it did do a nice clean cutting job. With a little practice, I'll have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood!
the directions on how to start the blade were slightly vague or perhaps translated from another language. but basically once I figured it out this product does what they say it will do. I'm not quite sure about the performance overall yet because I have only used it one time.
I got this lawnmower for my husband's retirement and upcoming Father's Day. I figure at his age (80) he could use a self propelled mower. He is like a kid on Christmas morning! We'll check it out later this summer and see if he's still thrilled! 😄
The Greenworks Pro mower met my expectations for quality and performance. It was easy to assemble, and I really like the one lever height adjustment. The battery has been able to mow my yard without having to recharge. My yard looks great after mowing, and there's no gasoline or oil to have to deal with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mower, trimmer, and blower all work great! Love the functionality and makes general yard care a breeze. Only recommendation for other customers reading this is to get a second battery as a backup just in case. Love the product though!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble. Slightly heavy for woman to use. Handle is easy to set to suitable height. However, looks like the handle is too long for me and unable to be adjusted: the distance between the deck/front wheels and the drive lever is way too far. It's hard for me to see up to the front when mowing. (My previous gas mower has shorter distance and so, easier for me to see obstacles in front to avoid.
It's a pretty good mower, but the big design flaw is the plastic flange that holds open the side grass discharge. It is merely slipped into place and the first mowing, that piece slipped right off and the mounting edge got chopped off by the blade. Good luck trying to replace it.
I do like the light weight, and quite functioning. However, I have tried multiple times/setting to get it to mulch and not leave a mess behind (clumps of non-mulched and missed blades of grass) on my healthy yard, even when barely taking anything off the top. I have reached out to Support and they sent me the "best" blade they have (which looked just like the one it came with), this was of no benefit. I pulled out my ~20+yr old gas mower and it still does a much better job of cutting and mulching than this mower (leaves little to no visible remnants). Maybe it would work better on a yard not as healthy and thick as my small yard. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a battery powered mower.
greenworks Pro 21" lawnmower placed in service on April 07, 2026 , battery fully charged. Started mower , moved about twenty five feet across yard, electric motor sounds like rocks are inside of it.
