Greenworks Tools Greenworks 24V 8" Cordless Pole Saw Kit

This is our go-to saw. We used to trim limbs (and cut them up) with a reciprocating saw. This is SO easy. We've even had to buy a new chain because we use this so much.

We have used this trimming tool over and over again. It's not too heavy and gets the job done! Best of all, it's cordless so we can go anywhere with it.

This saw has powerful Cutting and works great cutting branches and limbs in elevated hard to reach areas. It has a generous reach The translucent oil tank for clear view of oil level is really convenient. Super easy to start with just push of a button!

I was sceptical. It cut some 10 inch pieces without any problem and kept on going. Reach is shorter than advertised. I'm 6' 2" and could reach 14'-15' from the ground. Coupler worked really good. It's a very good machine for the price and easy to take care of.

The pole saw is a handy gem! At least my 72 year old husband thinks so... LOL. I have not been able to pry it from his hands since I bought it! Both of his shoulders have damaged rotator cuffs and still he is able to operate this saw with relative ease over his head. It is an excellent tool for hard-to-reach places. The design has a built-in hook that helps removing tangled branches. The workhorse battery uses a full charge for an average size treed back and side yard. I will submit another review once he falls asleep and I am able to spirit it away!

Cuts through limbs very well. Saw is a little difficult to manage fully extended due to its weight, but tolerable. So far it has worked very good. Setup was very easy. Storage does not take up much more space than a long handled shovel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, pretty unimpressed. Not very useful for much larger than 2-3" limbs. I have the 24V 12 inch chainsaw too, which has much more power, so I don't really understand why this is so lacking.

This just came in a box with holes and rips and tears in it. It was obviously opened and taped shut but was supposed to be a new item. The pole was even sliding out of one of the holes, which obviously put wear and tear on the pole. Terrible!! I'm not even going to take the time to open this box. It will be returned. Please, Walmart, get better with this. Who wants to pay full price for your returned stuff in terrible shape, or what you claim is a price cut. Let us know that you are sending us returns and broken items. We may as well buy things at thrift stores. At least we'd be aware of what we are getting and be paying for what we get, not somebody's seconds that you try to pass off as new items. Ridiculous.
