GREZONE 10' x 20' x 9.2' Gray Heavy Duty Portable Carports

Instructions are good and it went together quite easily Only problem is they sent me 38 tie down pieces and you need 40 as per Instructions. I used 2 zip ties in place of missing pieces. Would really like it if I could be sent the 2 missing pieces. iefotartoframe

Was disappointed on quality of steel. Metal frame wasn't thick enough to have a description of heavy duty. It would cover from sunlight but i won't think it would be durable. Sorry but i wont think I would buy another one.

I have not had it but about a week and a half the first time it snowed it caved in and it bent the frame a little the rooftop had a few tears tears in it and then about a week later we had a wind and it completely destroyed it it was a total waste of my money.

I assembled the carport following the included directions, I got to the step where the cover roof tarp is assembled to the frame, and it was approximately 4 inches too short on each side and could not be attached to the frame rails. Given that this was sold as a 'carport' - and the fact that the roof does not fit the frame, it is useless. Without the ability to assemble the roof and rails together, the product cannot be used as a carport, and is defective.

1st snow of the year and the thing crumbled on my car and scratched it . i contacted there reps and they offered me 80 then 100 dollers then told me to get my insurance involved. i will never perchance anything this company ever again .

This did not last 2 months. The tarp started pulling away from the grommets after a couple weeks. The tarp cover tore down the middle. I would advise not purchasing this.

Just Horrible... Very weak poles that bend easily. Had it not even a day and all the poles bent. The durability and metal are bottom the barrel . I had it braced very well and with slight wind it was destroyed.

I received a damaged carport the poles were bent and scuffed up the canopy had a tear in it I contacted the seller asking for a replacement ,they were very unprofessional , heartless %26 rude , they replied send pictures I sent pictures they offered $15! Discount I told them that is not fair then they offered me 25$ they refuse to send me at least a new part after sending them the pictures. BEWARE of this seller this carport is made very cheap and looks nothing like picture and the customer service is the worst! , there is no way of communicating with them they reply three words at a time through email ,cut you short and told me there is no warranty and it's over with now. I regret making this purchase
