Cleans sides and bottom of boots quickly.
The frame appears to be 16 ga powder coated steel and is very sturdy. The big issue will be how long the bristles last. It need to b fastened to a board to be used. Screw kit might work for cement but I used a about a 20"x8" piece of plywood scrap. Cleaning can be done by flipping the board over and tapping it on the ground.
