Your service I'd rate an F as this product I ordered over two weeks ago was delivered to the wrong address. I NEVER received it and the picture of where you said delivered isn't even my home front door nor anywhere else around my house. I have a gate in my driveway so items are always left outside the gate or put over the gate. All of which, I immediately tired to contact your help desk....all I got was your chat box, that repeated what I already knew to do and stated a refund was already in process yet, I've never received a conifirmation or nothing. I also tried sending an email and got "these emails are not monitored and suggestion takes you right back to the worthless remote - chat box". As I stated %23Order %232000143-62201693 - this item was never received to me - the person charged for it and never got. I requested three time now for my card to be credited. As stated in the tracking, your driver "JUDY" should be fired as she left a package somewhere but obviously not at my address.
