It is better quality than expected for the price. Each piece has a specific use and purpose. The counter function on the hand grip is great! Adjustable strength setting is so wonderful. I love it!

Everything works great but the quality of the hand gripper is cheaper really good value if you want a 5 in 1 so I recommend.

Disappointed with this purchase. There was no paperwork included to provide assistance in using the equipment. Also the finger exerciser was way too small for my fingers.
