Simple to use just read the Quick Start Guide.

High quality, just make sure to read all instructions. It is complicated and has to be tightly controlled to cook a steak to the preferred doneness.

Had been previously owned---a bit disappointing
I was really looking forward to receiving this griddle to make even more use of our Ninja Woodfire. When we got it, it was definitely in authentic Ninja packaging BUT it was cleaarly someone else's return. There was an address label peeled off (right next to my label) and the box was re-taped in an odd manner. When I took it out, it had a semi-oily residue on it---clean, but odd feeling. So, I felt a bit better after giving it a good soak. Should perform as intended. Pretty sure it was a seller other than Walmart
