haven't had a chance to use it yet but I'm sure it's pretty good
This color choices of Infuser bottle are beautiful . The infuser screen is of right size for the making cold brew.
Excellent customer service (my husband lost his bottle and I bought him another to replace. They sent the wrong bottle but immediately fixed everything and were quite responsive. )
Easy to use, loose tea doesn't get in liquid!

This is an amazing bottle, keeps my tea hot for over a day. Absolutely love it and will continue to buy only this brand.
Love my new water bottle, its super bright and yellow just the way I want it to be. Just a few marks on my bottle but its all well and good!
There may be no inspection before delivery, there may be reckless delivery. The bottle was hit when I got it anyway.
The infuser does not come out of the bottle. How are you supposed to clean it ? Messaged shop and haven't received a response.
