Ground Chicken, 1 lb

I love this ground chicken and buy several packs each week. It is so versatile and can be the base for many meals. I make it into breakfast patties with poultry seasoning, add it to asian stir fry dishes with rice, use it as taco flavor meat in mexican dishes, and with garlic and Italian seasoning in pasta dishes. My family prefers it to ground beef.

No wonder it's tough sometimes to get this ground chicken. It's absolutely the best. It cooks fast and has great protein. I use it in so many dishes I can hardly keep enough of it in the house. Zucchini Lasagna - Tacos - Top a rice cake with some cottage cheese then crumble this cooked ground chicken on top of that? It's LOW calorie - high protein and super filling. I can't say enough good about the taste and texture of this fab chicken!

Lean and tastes great. I much prefer chicken over turkey and this is great. The price has gone up a lot over the years. I remember when it was $2.49 a pound. Bummer.

there are so many creations you can do with ground chicken. every time i an able to get it from Walmart, it is a must, whether i an making burrito bowls or chicken meatballs, Walmart brings me great quality!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much flavor this had. I love me some ground chicken and this is delicious. Its juice and flavorful. I dont need a lot of olive oil which is nice.

This ground chicken is excellent quality! It's thigh meat and I like it better than ground breast meat. I use this primarily for taco meat and it's juicy and delicious. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

I like ground chicken because it's versatile, tastes good and healthier than other meats. However, when I received this ground chicken, I couldn't believe how much of it was fat. I could see big white fat globs and wondered if the company had just ground fat and meat with no care of making it lean like it's supposed to be. I've never seen ground chicken like this and I've been buying it for years (at other stores.) The whole situation defeated the reason I purchased the supposedly "healthy" meat . It looks like sausage and it was a Walmart substitution to my original order from a well known company. There is no company name in the package. That says it all. What a waste of my money. Walmart, you can do better.

This item was spoiled. It was given to me frozen and I put it in the freezer and just now took it out of the freezer to use it and it smells horrible. It has white milky, horrible smelling stuff in the bottom of the package. This is the second time I've received spoiled meat. I suppose it's too late for a refund.

I normally buy this item but this time there was no " Sell by Date'" on all 3 packages. I bought them through the pickup system. I had to return them but it's not easy for me to walk. I have mobility issues and I thought I could do it online. Well I did, but naturally they want me to bring them back and I understand that. That makes sense but now I have to put them in the freezer until I can make it back there and that's a problem. I called and spoke to someone to help me. I took pictures to send them but he said not to. I'm still waiting for the credit they said they would send and everything would be taken care of. I'm still waiting. ....
