Using ground coriander is a favorite of mine for flavor and health benefits. It's known for reducing blood pressure, so I try to add it to my meals when I can. This 6oz shaker is just the right amount to last me until its expiration in January 2026. This coriander looks, smells, and tastes fresh.

This six-ounce container of ground coriander probably won't last long considering how fantastic it is for various recipes. I love it, but I wish the size was larger for the price paid—maybe due to inflation. But it's fresh and well-packaged, so I have no complaints beyond that.  

This coriander root is milled into a fine powder, but it comes without clumping and is easy to sprinkle the right amount (or pour more—there are two types of openings in the lid). The plastic bottle keeps it fresh, too; opening it releases a lovely aroma, while it remains odorless when sealed, which is just how it should be.  

The aroma isn't as intense as that of freshly ground coriander, but it's pretty close and works in every recipe except for the most meticulous Michelin-star creations that demand everything fresh. It smells fresh, has no clumps, and is ground uniformly.  

I'm looking to diversify my spices to enhance my cooking. Ground coriander is something I hadn't used much before and would usually skip if a recipe called for it, but I've wondered what I missed out on. This coriander looks finer than grainy, resembling rubbed sage. It has a subtle smell that's hard to pin down. The flavor is also mild but pleasant. I'm eager to try this in a curry or masala dish. Happy to add this to my collection. Sourced from India, packaged in the USA, non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher. Received on 3/23, expires 1/26.

Very aromatic. I prepared a stirred dish with potatoes and onions using this coriander, which I then wrapped in a tortilla burrito with hot sauce. The coriander was flavorful and tasted fresh. I was testing it with no other spices other than salt, pepper, and garlic. Nice!
