GroundSmart Roman Brick Landscape Edging, 4' Gray Rubber Garden Edging Border, 48 pack

I had purchased this product at a Lowe's store, but I needed more so I shopped online and found them at Walmart's online at cheaper price. Better yet the quality of the Walmart (same brand and same model) edging was better. The ones I bought at Lowe's needed the holes redrilled. The Walmart ones fit together perfectly. This edging looks great, makes cutting the grass allot neater and looks like it will last a long time.

Looks great with the black rubber mulch we built for our two great grands. The only thing I feel needs improvement is the quallity of the stakes. Some broke while hammering in with a rubber mallet.

I did NOT like that the corners do not round off without a gap. I really depended on their claim that this is good for curvy edging. There is a nice size gap between the edging at the corner. There should be some extra stakes included in the packages in case there is an oops!! So, I had an oops and there are no replacements in colors only black. There should be a way to purchase extras as easily as with the black.

I became very frustrated trying to join the side pegs. I finally checked the reviews and thankfully found some good advice. As one person did, I drilled the holes out, they did not work the way they should. Before drilling I broke two pegs off trying to force them in. The rubber mallet someone suggested was a big help as well. It was very warm out when I put these down which seemed to help with the curving. The mowing strip could be a bit wider, using my rider mower I will have to be really careful when mowing near these. I do like the material they are made out of. I am happy with the end result.

I ordered five boxes of this product. My husband had most of it installed when I came home and realized it was two different patterns. One was a tiny brick pattern and the other looked like a stone pattern. Too late to return them. As a perfectionist, I will always see the difference and never be satisfied! I spent too much money to be unhappy with this order!

I really liked the clean look of these, but found them very difficult to work with. They don’t bend easily and several pieces broke and became unusable while trying to make a slight curve. Out of two boxes, 13 total pieces, 2 full pieces were wasted.

I ordered 3 sets of these. I received the 3 sets but only 2 sets had the stakes and connectors. I sent them a message to send them to me and will adjust my star rating if they do send them. One of the pieces had a rough and uneven edge but I was able to use it in an area that I cut. Overall, I don't think these are too bad. You do have to be careful lifting them because one of them split. You also have to be careful shaping them. If you curve it too much it splits at the hole for the stake.

Easy install on straight runs but curves are not friendly to this product. When trying to curve product sometimes cracks and you cannot go around a tree and make the edging look good.

I ordered two of these, and when they arrived, I unpacked them only to find that both, in separate boxes, were missing the hardware. I couldn't set them up or use them. I called the company, and while they were very friendly on the phone, it's been two weeks and still no hardware. Tired of waiting, I decided to return them and went local to get something else instead. After reading reviews which I should have done, seems this is a common practice.

I actually really like the way this product looks installed. But, the holes for the side pegs that keep the 4' sections aligned, are not all drilled properly and I had to hammer a nail through for the pegs to insert. Also, the first order of this, was short a pack of stakes and pegs. I informed the seller and no response and didn't send with my second order either. So goes the 1 star till they send me my stakes and pegs. Nice looking overall !!!!
