Easy to assemble and move the arms of the lights where you want them . It telescoped up or down to get the proper height you require...I really like that the lights themselves don't get fire hot like the last one I had...It got so hot I almost got burned when trying to adjust them , this grow light you can adjust them if they have been on all day and they are nice and cool....Really like this light and would highly recommend!

Love how adjustable this grow light is. You can change the intensity of the light, the height of the stand, and the direction the different strips are going. The timer is super helpful and has 4h 8h and 12h option. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. You have the option to plug in or use the usb which is also super useful!

I love in the PNW, where sunlight in fall/winter is few and far between. My plants do so well under these lights during the colder seasons. Lightweight and easy to set up. Love that it was an adjustable height as well.
