these taste really good. I bought them hoping to strengthen my nails. I can say I think this worked because after getting my nails done at the salon and taking them off, my nails were so brittle and weak. I tried things that just wouldn't work fast enough. I'll be taking this stuff for the rest of my life. It works, what else can I say? I took it for my skin to help a scar heal faster but then I noticed thick curly baby hair growing in my temple area. My hair is growing super fast. And it just keeps growing so full and lush- I love it. The gummies taste really good I actually have to keep myself from snacking on them lol. They sent me an expired 2023 bottle and it was so blurry the expiration date that I found at the bottom of the bottle. I'm shocked I bought in January and they sent me an expired bottle.
