Based on recent blood tests that showed elevated levels of some vitamins, my doctor's recommended that I stop taking a multi-vitamin. The multi-vitamins I was taking had mega-doses of some ingredients. I still wanted to do a supplement and my search for a low dose multi-vitamin found Grow Vitamins. My test levels have normalized and I am happy with this product.

Excellent ingredients and optimal levels of vitamins. I love that it incudes actual fruits and veggies. Easy to swallow, just once per day. Makes getting all necessary vitamins much easier.

It took a while to find a vitamin that is organic and pretty much has the daily requirement for each vitamin and doesn't go ridiculously over that amount as many do. According to Lead Safe Mama, an organization that sends vitamins and other products to third party testers to find out if they have unsafe levels of heavy metal toxicants like lead, most vitamins out there have unsafe levels of one or more heavy metals. I'd like to contact this company and see if there is any information available to see if they've done any third party testing for heavy metals and also to confirm that we're getting the vitamins in the amounts that are stated on the label. Another good organization to look up is Mamavation, who are more focused on all the forever plastics in the products that we all use. I've made a lot of changes in what I buy as a result.

These have most of what you need for vitamins and minerals, and in healthy forms. Reasonable cost, and you only have to take one per day.

I bought these for my 17 year old son. My son does not like the smell of the vitamins, although they do not have an aftertaste. He found them easy to swallow and did not bother his stomach. As far as a vitamin goes, they are worth it if you don't mind the smell.

seemed to be a healthy choice ,lots of vitamins like from drug stores and cheap brands are loaded with bad unhealthy ingredients,the price could be better,if it were liwered in price i would buy again
