This definitely a new addition to my supply list
This works great for mixed media. It leaves a great surface to add on with papers, inks, paint etc. I also just used it the way some use clear leveling gel. Once my mixed piece was finished I applied it over the whole piece with a catalyst spatula. It takes longer to dry than other mediums so it might not work well for quick collaging. Sometimes I use it last when I am done for the day and the next morning dried it will take pens and pigment inks. Or more collage elements.

I will purchase again
I paint with acrylics, and this is the best gessoI have found I love the thickness. It is definitely a heavy body gesso. It lasted much longer than other acrylics, and it can be diluted with a bit of water. I also use it as a white to mix with paint.
