I attach these balls around the edges of my strawberry bed netting to anchor down the netting when the wind blows. This keeps the birds from getting to my ripe strawberries. I place a metal rod in the center of the 6 ft round metal feeder that is full of soil already prepared and the strawberries already up growing or planted. I cut a smallish hole in one side of a tennis ball and slip the ball onto the center-placed vertical rod. It lifts the netting up so the birds can't get to the higher strawberries. It takes a minute to center the netting over the bed and lifted tennis ball. These balls are heavy enough to hold the nettting in place during low to medium-high strength winds. The netting can be secured with metal anchors placed into the dirt. I take the netting down in the fall and store until the next spring. This set up lasts about 3 summers. I do like the bright colors of these balls.

Bought for a kindergarten for recess. The kids like the bright colors and they are pretty durable

Exactly what I needed. Sturdy but pliant at the same time.

These pickleballs are thin and spongy and aren't good for absorbing hard hits.I will save them for kids to play wiffleball.
