So far, this chair is pretty comfy according to my husband. The assembly took my husband and I less than an hour to put it together, and he has really liked that the padding is thick, the arms are plastic (rather than leather that can rip and chafe). The only things he hasn't liked so far have been that the upper pillow rest tends to be a bit low, even when the strap is tightened fully, and the foot rest can be a bit difficult for us to pull out (the manual addresses this and it may have been because I tightened the screws too much, but it doesn't bother him because he doesn't use it too much). One plus that I like is that you can either lock the recline feature or leave it unlocked, in which case it moves with you when you lean back or lean forward. The handles are also adjustable in height and a little in width, and for the price we paid, it feels like it was a pretty good investment (and we got the 3 year warranty to make sure it would be). It's only been about a week since we got it together, so we'll see how it fares compared to the Target office chair we originally had that lasted no more than 3 years.

Everything about this chair was precise for comfort. But i would love to see a cushion support on an adjustable arm rest, %26 maybe make it lean back a little farther for people under 6 foot tall, %26 i guess the wheels could be extended farther out to lean back farther for taller people on a different model.

I bought this chair or a version of it almost three years ago. Bought another for my husband this year. Very comfy. Looks nice. I sit cross legged and the older of the two chairs recently started peeling where my ankle always rubs but that's after years of daily use. Would definitely recommend this chair for gamers or those who work from home.

Bought this for my 9-10 yr old. He’s on the slim side. Chair is perfect for his activities at his desk. I also purchased a heftier chair for my weight lifting teenage gamer. It looks just like this one. It cost more but it was more substantial. I say this to let buyers know that it’s a possibility that if you elect to buy the chair with the lesser price tag thinking that it’s a better value you potentially may receive a chair that has a thinner padding and frame. Pay attention to the description and details. I’m pleased with both chairs. Both are perfect for their respective price and purpose.

Overall proceeding delivery, the assembly was great. They gave me everything I needed, including bolts and tools. The quality of the product is great, easy adjusting the armrests, backrest and cushions. I wouldn’t say that it exceeds Walmart values though just know that you are paying for a Walmart product. This chair is great for sitting in gaming. it does exactly match up to all of the product information. But I do love it and would recommend if you’re looking for a great gaming chair for a gamer you appreciate at a great price.

overall decent chair for $80 but I wouldn't pay full price, I'm 280lbs and it holds me just fine and the reclining is nice, 2 reasons for the lower rating. 1st the pictures make it look like it has more padding than it does and I could distinctly feel the tube metal frame in the sides of the back when I felt it to check the padding which was very thin in the peripheral areas, still comfortable but certainly was expecting more and 2nd, 2 spots of trim work were already damaged when i opened the box, I believe this was due to some of the metal parts rubbing those spots inside the package during shipping and handling, pictures included

The assembly was somewhat easy. It took about an hour to put together. Instructions were very clear. My only complaint would be that the foot rest is a little short. So if you're over 5 foot or so, the foot rest might be a little useless. However, the quick fix to that is that it hides under the seat very easily. I bought one for each of my kids and they seem to love them and don't have any complaints at all. It does recline but not very much and the material is very durable and easy to clean.

It’s pretty! But my chair already needs a new cylinder, it sinks every time I sit down, and I’ve only had it for 2 months! I have the extended warranty, but they told me it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. Save yourself the frustration and don’t buy this one.

Purchased this chair as a Christmas gift for my son for Christmas 2024. I received the item within 2 days. On Christmas day it was assembled with not much effort and my son started to use it. Last week, only 7 months after being put together, the chair is what I deem unsafe. Even sitting gently on the seat, the first thing it does is immediately fly backwards and the seat cushion starts to slide forward. There is no way my son can even sit back in this chair as it is. It comes with a 12 month warranty so I inquired about that and we will see how good this company is at honoring their warranties. But if you are looking for a chair, I would not recommend this one.

I never got it. I've never got a refill for it so what's the point. Don't waste your time trying to buy from this company for Walmart. They screw you over and even on top of that Walmart doesn't even try to refund you. Check the photos you see below. The first is confirmation that it was delivered to a door, however that's not the correct front door. The second photo is a picture of what my front door looks like. Disappointed at Walmart's terrible customer service.
