This flavor is explained well in its title. The ginger certainly comes through beautifully. I do really like Synergy and they are my favorite brand of kombucha by far. It is the closest to homemade as I have seen and trust me when I say I have tried a TON! This one is on the stronger end of the kombuchas and can get pretty fizzy. The 48 fl oz jars are fantastic for keeping it in the fridge and doing a dose every day. We love the larger jars. The ginger is strong in it so it feels like ginger too. I love that the ingredients are all-natural and there isn't a lot of fluff. This is the real deal and we always use it as a natural probiotic, especially when taking any sort of anti-biotic. If my husband's tummy hurts, he always asks for kombucha and this is one of the kinds we love. I would not have someone try it who either doesn't like strong drinks or hates kombucha because it can be very strong. There are more mild kombuchas to try before breaking into the stronger variety.
