Great for running!
I don't know how they work but they do! Training for a marathon and I take these every 3 miles. It works wonders and gives me the extra boost I need. I recommend (if possible) taking the cold. if you have texture issues warm ones take adjusting. .

good taste, does the job
I liked the fast delivery and taste of the gu gels. they are caffeinated so be aware when you have a late run but they came in handy during my long runs

Do not buy items sold by Proline Sports
I am a regular user of GU items as I run almost 10 to 12 miles every weekend and this time when I received the items from a third party seller called Proline Sports it looks like fake items were Shipped to me. The GU package are just lumped together in a cardboard box and shipped. So I opened and checked and counted. I am missing around 6 sachets. This seller looks fishy to me.
