Very good value
This GU variety pack is (compared to other gels) a very good value, and an excellent way to experiment during training which flavors, and whether caffeine or non-caffeine gels may work best for you. I've been using GU for many years and they do provide a quick boost of energy when needed.

Best value energy gels
These are some of the best value energy gels for running, biking and cardio workouts. Taste is excellent with plenty of flavors, options with caffeine and non caffeine as well. Does not upset your tummy and highly recommend

This is always my go to nutrition for long runs and bike rides. it causes no stomach issues like some other products and its easy to carry while biking or running

Been using this product for years-sorry it has gone up in price but glad Walmart online still sells the variety pack. Like it for my long runs. Thank you!

Works as intended
Good flavor and helps provide the needed boost deep into long runs. Chocolate and berry were my favorite but other flavors are decent, too. A set for a few months but would definitely buy again. Good price on Walmart.com.

Good Deal on a Quality Product
This is a good deal on a quality product. Gu is great for a quick energy boost during a workout. For cycling the pouches are lightweight, easy to carry in a back jersey pocket and quick to open and consume when you need a boost during your ride. Flavor variety is also a plus!
