Love my old set of these, so when I went looking to add on, I decided to get as close as possible to what I had. What a great choice! The new ones are even better! Fantastic picture and love the fact that it lets you know if it's a human detected, automobile , or motion.

This camera provides excellent picture. Human detection works well. Definitely this is the best of Defender Guard cameras. I do have complains about entire cameras family (like absence of PoE, non-weather proof power supply and need to use outlet, limitation to watch in app only, poor integration to smart home etc.) but if we agree with all these limitations this is very good camera overall.

Added a camera to my existing network. Easy to install and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the camera and the software.

I can't speak for other companies but the service and cameras are great. I've got the older version & just got the newer ones a little bit of a learning curve but great upgrade.

These cameras are the best I've used. I've owned other comparable wifi cameras and nothing I've used even comes close to the Defender products. The ease of use, connectivity and user friendly Defender Guard app is flawless. I recommended these along with Defender products to all my family and friends and have even expanded my system to Defender wireless and POE Sentinel systems and every one gives me the same reliability and best resolution available.

Sharp images and very easy to connect to wifi. We can also configure different zones for different areas.

installed Camera with no problems. I had some problems getting my wifes phone connected. I received quick response from your support team and got that straightened out. The camera went offline on day two. There isn't an option in the app to refresh the camera connectivity. I tried pressing the reset button by holding it for 15-20 seconds. Still offline. Unplugging and restarting might be a tad difficult because the wiring is behind my DR Hutch. What can you offer?

The four cameras work good but the only issue is the range of the wifi (probably caused by our modem/router). They are installed at the 4 outside corners of our home and the 2 further points to our router comes in and out when played. We will have to invest in a Wifi Mesh system.

It looks like the cameras don't produce 2K quality video. Video quality can be better. Also, I suspect the viewing angle is not wide as mentioned in the product description. The camera build quality is good. App pairing is surprisingly quick and easy. Having POE capability with the existing LAN cable could benefit better.

After 15 hours of trying to mate the camera, router , and phone, I bought ethernet and power cable, and it was ready to go in 30 seconds. Perhaps the transmitter in the camera is defective. It is just more work than expected. I have to spend a few hours routing the new system into my almost finished garage.
