No wax build-up
This is the only cleaner/polisher I use on my furniture. No wax build-up. Nourishes the wood.

Guardsman Furniture Polish
This furniture polish is great. I don't know what they did to Pledge, but it just seems to ruin wood furniture. So I only buy Guardsman.

A reliable great product to truly take care of you
I have used this product for almost 40 years. When I purchased my first dining room table this was highly suggested. It does not leave a buildup and works great to remove spills and dust. I just recently gave the table to my son and it looks beautiful in his home!.

Not oily like many polishes.
I have been using Guardsman ever since my aunt, who worked in a furniture store, introduced it to me some 50 years ago. I have tried other products, but they were oily and dust noticeably collected on top almost immediately. I always went back to Guardsman, because there is no oily residue and it has a clean fragrance.
