Fabric protection
I used to work at a furniture store for years. This is the brand that we sold for protection, The only difference is we would apply it at the whs before delivery or Pu. I couldn't find it in stock anywhere but here. I thought shipping was a little high. I bought one can for 4 barstools seat and back. It recommended if you did two coats to let dry and spray again. I only used half the can and was able to do the second coat on all four. It's been about a month and it's worked great!

Must Have for Light Colored Furniture
Love this stuff. Water beads up on upholstery after the treatment dries. Easy to use. Sprayed as much of the furniture outside but smell dissipates quickly.

Guardsman Fabric Protector
I have been using Guardsman fabric products since it was marketed as Fabri coat. Guardsman products have been 100% Quality and my go to for 15+ years. You will never go wrong protecting your fabric with Guardsman!!

Does not work as it says it would work
Does not work as it says it would. I applied three times but still does not got the desired results. The cloth still can absorb some water. Wast of money
