I have purchased seven of this Ebike brand. And I love their brand, I really do. That's why I bought seven of them. Plus I sell E bikes. Add this particular Ebike is one of my favorite ones from them the GT 20 they have a GT 20 the GT 20 the GT ultra I've had both plus and the ultra and I've sold them both but I have to say the plus is one of my favorite ones the ultra faster it's the third GEN but I just like the plus for some reason. It's got an alarm system. You know it's got turn signals. It does like 30 miles an hour. It's got a lot of power. They also have a GS 16 and a GS 16 the GS 16 is my all-time so far favorite one that they've got I have now the GT 16 I've had 4GS 16 one GT 20 and one GT 20 ultra so I keep buying their bikes and I've had a problem or two with one or two other bikes nothing major but I can tell you right now. I got a hold of them through WhatsApp or their email address and they communicate with you really good immediately and they get if you have something that's broken on it, they send you the part immediately. They just ask you that you'll take some pictures or video or whatever and email it to them and then their engineers can see what's going on and then they get back to you right away a lot of times so it gets shipped to you from across the pond so that means it could take up to two weeks to get to you but that's all right for me. I don't mind that I just as long as it's if there's ever an issue, it gets taken care of and they've been nothing but Great. I highly recommend their brand and I highly recommend that you purchase one of their Ebike for them highly recommend the GS 16 for the GT 20 the next one I'm gonna get is the dual motor mountain Ebike they have which is I think 3000 W so I just wanna say thank you to the brand to everybody Gugois Ebike thanks for taking care of any issues I have I have had in the past and I will continue buying ebikes from you. By the way, they do have a YouTube channel. Just type in the search bar “thecheckitoutchannel” to hear my review on the GT 20 ultra. Which is the one Ebike that's step up from this one that I'm doing the review on.. so I highly recommend you guys check them out and purchased one of E bikes you won't be disappointed and if anybody says they have bad customer service they're lying so I know they don't. I know they do great customer service. Btw. I raced a Sran Ebike that cost $3500 used. I raced him on my GUGOISGT ultra and smoked them. I only paid $1200 for mine brand new. He paid $3500 for his used.. in the pictures left or right first one is the GT 16 I have currently the next image is the GT 20 ultra and the third image is the GS 16 highly recommended but it's the same frame.

This bike is AMAZING and we would recommend it to anyone. I bought it for my 13 year old son and he is very happy with its durability and speed. Again, we would recommend it to anyone!

So I got my new E bike in about five days. And it's a really cool. I had bought 2E bikes previously first one I liked it, but I wanted something better so I gave it to my brother. Then I bought another one a deepower. And didn't like it at all. The first one I got was better. And I had bought them from Temu . So I checked out Walmart. Add I'll determined to find one that was faster and more power and I found it. This E bike won't disappoint. I'm keeping this one. I haven't tested the range on it yet but I'm guessing it does go pretty far on one charge. I haven't had it 33 miles an hour. I haven't seem to fast yet but on a straight away I've gone about 28 miles an hour so fa. r I had a heck of time get the front wheel on though. I don't know why I just was having a hard time with it. It's got a built-in alarm and I didn't know that till I got it. I put a tracker on it, but this bike is worth every penny I think it's a really cool bike. I recommend it, so go get it.

Been riding this thing for a week now, I absolutely love it, I live in Baltimore and hands down this is the fastest and best way to get around town, it's says it will go 30 mph but I've only gotten it to go 26-27 mph, I'm 6'0 and weigh 170-180, I'd buy another one

Great purchase for our teen, and parents enjoy riding as well! Battery life is great, and overall the bike is performing as expected. Brakes and shocks are a little squeaky, but I think a little lubricant will help.

the bike is nice and came completely wrapped real good so it wouldn't get any damage I just got 2 ride it but is Ben 2 hot here the last past days💯👍
