This product is suitable for my short height. The throttle is very easy and light. However, the bike still shakes when going over rough surfaces. Maybe it is because of the thin wheels? When I ride in the park. Many people like it and come to ask me where I bought it. For more safety, I also bought a pair of rearview mirrors. For under $500, I am satisfied with this product.

a great ebike for the money very fast and durable...battery last long and you will enjoy and have fun....i love mines and believe me you will love yours also very fast so be careful...tires are great you'll be cruising all day long great torque when climbing bridges or going down trails.

Very happy with my purchase! if I can say anything bad it's the suspension, it's very good on paved roads and sidewalks but don't plan on taking it offroad! On a full charge it gets up to 28 mph! I love the fact that it came with 2 key sets and fobs that let you lock the bike with a cute little alarm if someone tries to take it when it's in lock mode, the wheels will also lock! For the price I couldn't be happier and I've been riding it to workand back for 3 weeks now. No issues to complain about!

Bought two for my son and his husband. They ride them all the time into town about 10 miles away. Haven’t had any problems with either.

Perfect ride for my teen and her extra ride alongs easy to handle the horn is loud comes with nice big bag that holds a lot with an inside pocket as well and it unhooks quickly and can be carried by two strap handles

We got this recently for my 11 year old. He rode for hours each night the first week. I will say recently the chain has come loose, but can be fixed in proper place. He says he needs new places to ride. I love that he’s so happy and outdoors playing instead of inside.

Over all after months of using this bike as a daily driver, it does the job for sure. Only issue I have had is the brakes. They went out yesterday; spent the morning switching the back with front pads so I can at least stop until I get things figured out with the insurance claim. Zippy little guy though

Need some time to Assembly, if go online to search video then it will be more easier. Battery seem good, power OK~

This E-bike was okay for the first few weeks I had it, got me from home to school, very convenient also, the suspension both front and back made the ride very smooth. Only problem is false advertisement the description said " Puncture resistant tires" but I haven't even had the E-bike for more than a month and the tire got punctured and when I looked at the punctured hole it was a small whole couldn't had been glass. I would like a replacement for my tire or a refund SOMETHING.

Unsafe, customer service barely responds. Even after I sent photographs that they requested, they stopped answering. I called walmart customer service for help with this vendor and it led nowhere. Very disappointing.
