I purchased for my Adult Military Veteran Son for his Birthday. He was thrilled with the purchase. He said he had the same set but had seen better days and had been using it for about 5 years. For the money and the use it gets, definitely recommend.

For what you get price is decent, inside tray to hold pieces pretty cheap. Nice wood box i will put a semi gloss finish on it. Would i purchase again to be honest i would look around some.

Be careful when you open the case. My husband opened it, I thought the bottom of the box not being stained would make it obvious how to open it, but the latch is positioned so it seems to open the other way. All the stuff fell out and had to be put back in its place. Once you open it, the pieces are high quality. There is a wire brush to clean any size gun. The extensions are sturdy once assembled and can clean shotguns easily. The cotton mops pick up every piece of debris. We used it with our machine oil and cleaned everything easily. The kit is easy to use, covers any size barrel and is perfect whether you have one or especially if you have several different guns. I would definitely recommend this kit.

This is a 42 piece, universal gun cleaning set. I was expecting it to be a little bit bigger as guns can be big but I don't doubt the efficiency in the capabilities for it being able to clean all aspects of a smaller barrel gun. The cleaning kit comes in a nicely colored deep stained wooden box that clicks closes. I expected it to be heavier but it is packed full of cleaning tools. I REALLY like how it simply labels each piece in the box. I think this would make a nice gift for someone who perhaps has several smaller guns and is hard to buy for.
