New part of oral hygiene for me!
An awesome product that makes my mouth feel cleaner and teeth look whiter. Using this before breakfast. I've always heard that pulling oil makes the bacteria in the mouth loosen and the longer you switch it around in your mouth, the more effective it is. What a nice surprise to see wider teeth after I spit out the oil.
