GuruNanda Cocomint Oil Pulling with Essential Oils & Vitamins D, E & K2 -Travel Mouthwash for Oral Care - 7 Sachets

I took this for my dentist to look at and she said this was okay to use and where did I get it I said Walmart I think it was a I got some Colgate wisp travel tooth little brushes with some paste in it and I think you know it was a package together or either with the recommended it I think it was together but anyway she said one patient used it she thought it was okay but then she didn't like it and thought it didn't do any good enough I don't know I thought it's good for the gums I think it might lighten your teeth a little bit and now my teeth are yellow on the inside of the enamel from a tetracycline and now you got to know I'm 64 years old and my teeth are in pretty good shape for you know as old as I am not having good health care when I was younger growing up anywho I did one yesterday I rest with it and all you just get that little hole and dripping your mouth and it is very oily don't try to put it in a glass or nothing just open it it's enough to swish around in your mouth and that's supposed to help with things you can read about it but she was interested where I got it so I told her so maybe she's going to get some for stuff I don't know maybe she wants to recommend it to other patients if she tries it I'm not sure but it was okay to me and it wasn't bad at all it was really oily from the coconut oil and it was a little bit there it's not over messy it's not overpowering or burning it was okay with me I just got it because it was with those a little Colgate wisp, I was raised on Colgate but I'll use Crest products you know just to keep up the oral health.

This product i swear by. Any inflammation in my gums are gone but if instop using for too long... it will return. It's cheaper to melt coconut oil myself but this is more convenient and does the job. Plus my teeth are so white! Get compliments always.

I love these!! Started using Guru Nanda oil pulling when I was having teeth and gum problems. Saw posh mama on tik tok, and has saved me from another root canal that I needed to have done. I love this stuff!!! And now it's in individual little packets to take with me anywhere! Love the convenience. I use to put oil in little bottles and take them with me when I traveled, now I can take them with me in these small little packets!!!! I love the whole line of guru nanda!

This is great for travel! I like to use the large bottle at home but when I travel I don't want to have to put it in a bottle and have it leak in my bag. These are sealed and ready to use! Great idea and thank you for making these!
