GuruNanda Mouth Tape for Sleeping Strips - Hypoallergenic - Breathable - Reduce Snoring - 60 Count

I wanted to like these so much but they left black sticky residue all over my face and mouth. I had it on from about 10pm-6am so not a crazy long time where a ‘nighttime mouth strip' is concerned. I had to scrub with hot soapy water until my face was red before it was all off.

I needed something to help keep my mouth closed so I wanted to give this a try after seeing someone promoting it. This is straight honesty since I feel the influencer wasn't honest. It smells like vinegar or something sour. It was breathable and could fit a straw. It didn't hurt or really itch through the night but this morning is a different story. My face and lips are sticky and I mean sticky to the point where if I touch my face it lifts my skin up as I pull away. I'm having a hard time cleaning the glue off my face and lips. I also had some burning in my lips. I don't really have sensitive skin. My skin is oily though. I do plan to try using oil to get this off but the burning sensation is constant. I honestly would not recommend especially if you have sensitive skin

Honestly, I think these are the worst mouth tape that I have ever tried. This is my second box. The first box was kind of sticky, but I was able to find workarounds with extra face lotion and lip balm before putting them on. This set is even worse, even with extra lotion and lip balm. I still wake up with parts all over my mouth. Even using micellar water and a face wash doesn't remove all the sticky. After looking at reviews the second round this is a consistent problem and they claim that they fixed them and it does not appear. It seems like it's a bigger issue. What I will say is they are incredibly comfortable and they do keep your mouth closed while sleeping, which is the basic point but doesn't justify how the rest of the experience is. I don't feel like I should have to wash my face for up to 10 minutes to get the sticky off every morning.

It was very easy to use, apply to mouth and stayed on all night. The issue is, when you take it off in the morning, there's black residue leftover on your face. Even after washing my face, it was still super sticky !

This mouth tape is awful!! I used it last night and it left a super sticky residue on my mouth this morning that I'm STILL trying to figure out how to remove!! I've used coconut oil, vaselline, soap and water, Miscellar water and alcohol swabs….nothing is working. Will never use this product again and I don't recommend!!!

The tape sticks, but it melts onto your face over night! Every time I use this tape, when I remove it in the morning, half of the adhesive gets stuck onto my face. I have tried various makeup removers and face washes to get it off, but nothing works except scrubbing it. This can add an extra 30 minutes to my morning! Buy different mouth tape so you don't waste your time.

It worked great during the night, but left an awful residue ring around my mouth, and on my lips that took forever to scrub off. Definitely don't use this if you have plans in the morning because my face is now red from scrubbing. Will definitely be returning this.

I do not like leaving negative reviews-Product fits and does the job but several big cons- %231 - it's like peeling off a layer or two of your skin around your mouth and being older that's too much pull and hurt on the skin- %232 leaves a black sticky residue around your mouth and on your lips. I have to use olive oil to gently wipe it off-

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TAPE LEAVES YOUR MOUTH VERY VERY STICKY. YOU'VE BEEN AFTER THE USE OF ALCOHOL PADS. MY MOUTH IS STILL STICKY AND WHEN YOU PULL THE TAPE OFF, YOU HAVE SMALL BLACK STRING STRIPS ALL AROUND YOUR MOUTH FROM THE TAPE. BETTER IF USING IT AS TAPE FOR PROJECTS

This is the worse mouth tape I've ever used! They leave the heaviest BLACK sticky residue that needs to be scrubbed off till your skin is red and sore! I can't believe these passed any kind of quality inspection! I would never buy these again! I can't give them away!!!
