I have to take an inhaler medication, and if I don't rive my mouth out very liberally, I will get thrush. That is SO painful of you've never had it. This set comes with a coconut oil mint flavored oil pulling packet sample. I used it after brushing my teeth, flossing, and then using the tongue scraper. I've been doing the same thing for a week minus the tongue scraper and oil pulling, but using a mouth sore mouthwash. My thrush is almost completely gone after today's mouth cleaning routine. my mouth also feels so fresh and clean. I will be buying the full sized coconut oil pulling abd doing this regularly and I think I will do a full 180 with my mouth health.

It's nice, especially for the price. The tongue scrapers work really well. I wasn't sure at first because I saw some comments saying otherwise but I tried it myself and it does exactly what other tongue scrapers do. Plus it's a 2 pack which is even better and they throw in a pack of the pulling oil which is nice. I definitely recommend

IT feels so good to use this tongue scraper. this was my first time and i loved it. the metal is the most sanitary to keep clean. it has no metallic taste at all. this works wonders for hygienic mouth health!!!

I am so excited about this one, I am actually in the middle of dental work and I wanted a better tongue scraper this I love this one because it came with the free oil pool, and I've never tried one of those before so when I get my dental work done I will be opening that oil pull very soon I can't wait I'm very excited

As a life-long coffee drinker, I thought my tongue would always stained brown. (No, brushing it doesn't help.) Twice-daily tongue scraping before brushing will restore your tongue to a clean, healthy pink. (People CLAIM you can just 'use a spoon', but you need this tool--right tool, right angle, right job.) Plus, it's five bucks and you get TWO. You don't really need the included gooey coconut oil rinse or any other rinse--a warm water rinse of salt and baking soda works just as well. (Also, ADA says alcohol-based mouth-washes MAY cause cancer, so save yourself some money and risk..) Buy one and amaze your doctor during your next check-up when she says 'stick out your tongue'..

this thing do be fire! it definitely made my breath smell better and clean but i didn't like that oil crap😫 it was warm and gross

Package and picture on website shows it being a 2 pack but opening the package it only contains 1 single tongue scraper. This item should not have made it to the store shelf with improper packaging
