nothing balances my mouth's pH, freshenes my breath, and whitens my teeth quite like oil pulling and this is the best formula I have found. I tried other brands I found at the grocery store, and was disappointed. I tried to make my own, and was disappointed. This is the best by far!

Love the tooth paste as well. Only disappointing part, was after I put in my order the company came out with a cheaper promotional deal with a lot more stuff in the box.
