Backpack is great. However, it arrived much later than expected as the USPS is deficient in their delivery which arrived an entire week after it was reported to be delivered causing chaos and confusion abroad!!

Cheap quality the usb area is just a cutout for your wires to go through not a usb port and the backpack is really small

I tried this bag out for a week and I realized, I need more pockets to put my things. I assumed the front design meant more hidden pockets, but no. I have a lot of things to carry as a female with a Graphic Illustration Major. The bag I had before from Amazon had many pockets with three separate sections and a lot of versatility. When it came to packing my laptop in this bag, I struggled to put it in. It barely fit in the slot and I hope it won't rip from the way it's stretching out the bag. It also has issues standing up straight, even with minimal items in it. I preferred that the bottom was more secure. It doesn't have a base, no, but my last bag didn't and it stood up on it's own just fine. I think I'll just try to fix my old one for now and just buy it again from Amazon. This bag isn't it.

if I could give this product a zero I would I've had it for literally three days and the combination lock already does not work I set my own code and it was working for the first two days and day three I do the same thing I did the other two days and suddenly no longer works with my code or the three zero code very unhappy with this product also doesn't have a lot of space inside bag so if you plan on carrying more than one 11-in laptop and a one subject notebook this is not the bag for you but usually when a bag comes with a combination lock that's probably one of the main reasons you buy it so with that breaking within three days I give this product a negative preview unfortunately I had to give one star. also it came with absolutely nothing but a clear plastic bag and inside was the book bag and two wires there was no directions no guidelines. luckily my girlfriend was smart enough to figure out how to set the lock but you would think it would at least come with what's inside the package usually there's a content list so you know you received everything but there was nothing at all nothing saying what material it was luckily I'm not allergic to whatever the material is I'm very unsatisfied with this bag also I'm trying to return because it broke so soon and I cannot find the sellers info anywhere and there is no return option when I look at my purchase products list which I don't understand because usually there's a return or refund option next to your purchase history items not with this purchase.... if anyone has the senders information or can tell me how to return this I would greatly appreciate a reply thank you

This backpack doesn't come with power bank, it is just a double rubber opening on the side where a charger could be which is a negative for me. The charging bank is why I selected this item.

Backpack zipper was broken. Too small for high school. Made in China.

It was very light, poor quality for traveling.
