Bent on first use
The metal seems quite thick but it bent on the first use. I'm still using it and the hiking boots I have require a shoe horn, but I'd hoped this wouldn't break or bend.

The seller, Gustave Inc., is terrible. I never received the order, but they won't refund the money. They tell me it's my responsibility to contact USPS. They are the shipper, they need to contact USPS.
