I have chronic constipation and this really helped relieve that even from the first day I took it and in a healthy way! I would def be repurchasing this! The plus side is it didn't mess up my already difficult GI, but it also didn't seem to help much either. It may be one of those things where you don't notice how much it's helped until you're off of it so we'll see. The biggest downside and why I probably won't get more is you have to take (4) capsules daily! I understand that they have to give you a large enough dose to make a difference but I think this product would be better in a powder form that could be added to a smoothie or something. It also means there's only 15 servings per bottle and that means two bottles for one month, which is pretty pricey in my opinion.

I started by taking one pill a day (recommended daily dose is 4) and a week later I broke out in hives all over my body. I almost had to go to the ER and now have to take Benadryl for a week to get this out of my system and if I don't I break out in hives again. STAY FAR AWAY. And ask a doctor before taking.
